What Treatment Looks Like

From there, you wear each set of clear trays for about one to two weeks, then move to the next. You take them out to eat and to brush, and otherwise keep them in for 20 to 22 hours a day. You check in with us periodically so we can confirm everything is tracking to plan. Most cases run somewhere between six and 18 months depending on complexity.
